REFUND POLICY

1. Purpose of This Policy
This Refund Policy (“Policy”) explains the terms under which LIFEMED WELLNESS LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) issues refunds for services purchased through our website https://ribakova.info/foodforlife2025-en, our training platform (GetCourse), or any other official sales channels.
By purchasing our services, you agree to this Policy as part of our Public Offer Agreement.

2. Eligibility for Refunds
2.1 Before Course Start
  • Full refunds are available if you submit a written request to Dr.aribakov@gmail.com no later than the official course start date.
  • Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
2.2 After Access Is Granted
  • Once access to training materials has been provided, you may request a refund only for the unused portion of the services.
  • The refundable amount will be calculated using the formula:
S = O – (V + R)
where:
S = sum to be refunded
O = original amount paid
V = value of services already provided (modules, webinars, materials, consultations, etc.)
R = actual expenses incurred by the Company (bank/payment system fees, administrative costs, etc.)
2.3 Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted if:
  • The services have been fully provided according to the program description;
  • The request is based on subjective dissatisfaction not related to the quality of services;
  • Deadlines for homework submission or program participation requirements were not met;
  • The participant was excluded from the program due to violation of our rules.

3. Refund Process
  • All refund requests must be sent in writing to support@ribakova.info with your full name, payment date, and reason for the request.
  • We will confirm receipt of your request within 3 business days.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date we receive your request and the necessary information to process the refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the same account or payment card used for the purchase.

4. Special Conditions
  • If payment was made in installments, refunds will be calculated based on the total cost of the program, not the installments paid at the time of the request.
  • Any bonuses, gifts, or additional services received as part of a promotion will be deducted from the refundable amount.
  • In case of force majeure circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, war, legislative changes, urgent hospitalization), refunds will be processed according to applicable law and the terms of the Public Offer Agreement.
